At Competent Forging, in addition to Round, Flat, Square, Hexagonal & Octagonal Bars we produce Special Profiles to meet customer needs. Our Steel Round Bars are supplied in Peeled, Ground and Drawn condition as per customers Requirement. Although our Bar Products are used for a very wide spectrum of Applications, they all have one thing in common: Customers can always Rely on our products as these fulfill their Specification. We achieve this by continuously improving and modernizing our Processes & Production Technology and by product Development.

For more sensitive Applications Competent Forging has off-line Ultrasonic Inspection System for Sub Surface Defects with crack Detection in the final process application. Where Ever required the company provides Full Technical Liaison with both customer and steel makers to develop the specifications for specific application. At Competent Forging we provide bars of straight length in full length, as well as in cut to length as per the customer requirements to avoid raw material wastage at customer end. The Bright Steel Bars are supplied in Following Size Tolerance as per customer Requirement.
